SMS with Dell OpenMange

I have a large amount of Dell Servers that I would like to Monitor through Dell OpenMange. The servers are curently running about 3 different versions of OpenMange. I would like to use SMS 2003 to Remove the current Open Manage Versions and Upgrade all the servers to the most recent version. In order to do this I have figured that it would be a 2 step process.
1. Uninstall the Current version (restart is required)
2 Send the updated OpenMange out through SMS.

Could someone please give me a Step by step process on the removal of programs in SMS. If you have a way to package Dell OpenMange that would be awesome also.

Also how do I get SMS to complete a software Inventory of the programs?

I think Dell has a plugin that make openmanage and sms work together.

as far as the second q goes, just enable software inventory on the server and it will do it as scheduled. (normally this was done at setup)
