SMS WINDOWS 98 WINOLDAP ERROR

Guys

We need help with an error concerning winoldap programm;
This strange thing is loaded into memory when activating SMS on the client.
The problem is that this strange thing is loaded about 25 times into memory after what the pc stucks with a .vxd error.

Anybody seen this before

This is a known bug, but a HotFix is available. Reference Q266232 when calling Microsoft for the fix, as this is not publicly available.

There is a workaround, though, not the best of worlds.

1. On the client, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Close Program dialog box.

2. Click Winoldap, and then click End Task.

3. Reboot the client computer. The Remote Control agent should be installed properly after the client restarts.

- You can work around this problem by disabling the Remote Tools Client agent on the entire site.
