SMS & Windows 2000

How well does SMS 2.0 SP2 play with Windows 2000 ?
I have just added the first couple of 2000 servers to my domain and SMS is not discovering these machines and I was under the impression that SP2 was supposed to fix some of the Win2k compatibility issues.

In our environment, we have 10% Windows 2000 machines. We are running SMS 2.0 SP2. We have not had any problems with the 2000 machines and SMS. In fact, the serial number is attained (through WMI) on Windows 2000 machines.

I would suspect, that you are having a problem with your SMS dicovery method. How are you trying to discover the client machines? Through Network Discovery? If so, check your subnet settings. Provide a little more information...
