SMS Web reporting not working

We have previously been using the web reporting and now it just hangs when trying to run a report. When I look in the admin console under reports there are none, should there be some there by default? I am guessing there could be many reasons for the web reporting not working but if anyone can point me in the right direction and also tell me if there should be reports in the console already it is greatly appreciated.

Did you upgrade recently? Are you now using SMS2k3?
If it is 2k3 you could verify the smsreporting.log file or the SMSReportingInstall.LOG file for clues as to why it failing. I would suggest using SMSTrace to view the log.
