having an issue with a laptop. when undocking, it is saying that the SMS virtual keyboard cannot be stopped. any ideas?

The file that is causing the error is KBSTUFF.sys
That is installed when using SMS remote tools on the client, so the sure fire way to rid yourself of it is to remove the SMS remote tools (not a great answer) Without having something like that to mess with, I can't think of a way to kill a .sys file upon un-docking. Sounds like a pia to me
