SMS Software advertisements

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting a mandetory advertiement to run. Everything seems to be configured ok, especially as it sometimes works! Sometimes everything works for a day, then stops working, then othertimes it will work until lunch time them never again.

Any ideas?
