What is the recommended way of re-installing an SMS 2003 (SP1)
secondary site? I had SMS running on a domain controller as a
secondary site, but recently upgraded the box to Windows 2003 from
Windows 2000. After this I had many problems so decided to do a
reinstall but to no avail. Every other secondary site and the primary
site works fine, its just this one!

I'm guessing that installing SMS on a DC is obviously not recommended
and I seem to remember reading something about IIS problems when doing
this - any pointers ? I have other DCs as secondary sites in both 2003
and 2000 which took 15 minutes to install and work perfectly. Is there
anything else that I need to delete other than uninstalling SMS on the
box, using the delete (uninstall and delete) option in the SMS console
and removing the client agent? I'm guessing there probably is ?!?
Also are there any client implications for this....

The 2003 DC in question is not SP1 yet by the way (I has enough trouble
with that when building the primary site!)

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Ben.
