It is as accurate as the data in the SQL db it reads from. Meaning if you have the reporting server reading from the central site, but you have throttled the info from the child sites, it will not be up to date until the data gets there after the schedule allows. (if that makes sense) Over all its pretty good, but the add remove programs info is debatable at times.
