SMS Report Issues

We are having some very odd issues with our SMS setup/system. We have many machines that appear under collections and appear to be working correctly, but when we try to run reports the machines do not show up on the reports. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere and I can not put my finger on it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
