SMS Query

Hi,
I would like to create an query in SMS 2003 that will show me what clients do not have a certain MS Security Patch (i.e KB891781)
How should I write the query?
I've tried with a simple query:

Add/Remove Programs - Product ID - Is Equal to - KB891781

But this only shows me what Servers/PC's have this patch in the Add/Remove programs
