I've installed the Advanced Client on one test system, and I can distribute software (and the other stuff) from the SMS site.
Now I would like to install the client to another test system using Client Push Installation.

But when I try to do this (using the wizard) nothing happens.
I looked at my logs and the only thing I could find was in the file smsprov.log:

Client properties:
Server Service is running, File sharing enabled and the ADMIN$ share is present. The OS is W2K.

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong ?

Greets,

I would guess that the system resource may not be assigned to current site Boundary is not listed

Check your IP address/ subnet or AD group depending on how you set it up.

I checked it: subnet settings of the AD site are the same as I used in the network discovery settings in MS SMS (I can find the test system in the collections of MS SMS)

Any more ideas ? :)

try adding the ip subnet and see if that fixes it. If heard of several ppl having to do both, even though its not supposed to work that way
