SMS on multiple nt domain

Hi,

I work in an orginazation who has multiple domains. We have one office who has the primary sms site. We want to be able to get the inventory of certains computers that are in an other office but not on the same domain. We would like not to have to put a secondary sms site! We are not administrators of the other domain only our domain(politics) is it possible?
