SMS Notification

We just installed a voicemail system that sends a voicemail msg to our exchange mailboxes. I have configured an outlook rule to send a sms notification to my cell when an email from the voicemail system comes into my mailbox. Does anyone know a way to configure a rule to send an sms msg every 10 minutes based on a email from a specific sender that is marked unread in outlook? This will enable us to have a constant reminder sent to our cell phones letting us know that there is a voicemail msg on our exchange server that has not been checked.

Most Voice Mail systems can repeat messages until answered so there may be no need for repeat logic in Outlook

FYI .. I tried a similar thing for a service group, only to have them ask to have this "annoyance" stopped.

So make certain everyone knows whats happening before you waste a lot of time on something that may not be wanted.

Our voicemail system forwards the msg to email and removes it from the voicemail system so you cannot access the msg from a phone nor can you have the voicemail system send out repeat notifications being that the msg no longer resides on the voicemail system. We are in the service industry and when a client leaves a voicemail msg it is necessary for us to respond within the hour. All users have the new blackberry's which allow us to listen to our voicemail msg's via the attached wav file. Some users get so many email msgs that they overlook the voicemail emails. We are aware of the annoyances that will come with implementing this feature but it is necessary for us to conduct business.
