SMS Network Monitor

I am sure this has been beat to death many of times. I am attempting to locate a simple walkthrough, tutorial, etc... for the Network Monitor from the SMS package. I have the Network Monitor installed alone, on a machine (not server) and I would like to be able to view the traffic a simply as possible. Specifically show who is using all the T1, etc...at a given point. I want to exlucde my address, which I attempted to erxclude in the Capture -> Filter area. I choces my address and the <-> option on both ends, but it still is displaying iformation in regards to my IP. The reason I wanted to use (Network Monitor) was for the promiscuous mode, so I can anlayze the entire network.

Thank You. I had stumbled across that one. It was betetr then nothing but I am looking for a little more detail. Such as you go here to create the HTTP filter, etc...
