SMS message for some event viewer messages..

I have 3 windows 2003 servers i monitor in 2 states, i would like to get notified via SMS when critical messages appear (aka "error") and maybe also Warning messages.

What software do you guys use to monitor things in real time for remote servers and how does it notify you?

I guess email would also be good, or both email and sms?
