SMS Managment Console - not showing Client Installed

I am having an issue with the management console which is installed on a remote machine.

The problem is that the SMS Server "forgets" that the client has been installed on a remote machine, you can still connect to The client using the remote control tools, but for some reason the console wont show the client is installed.
