SMS Installer not overwriting file

I have built a SMS Package to install a in house written application.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Package is set to ALWAYS overwrite the application when ever the install is run.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>If the package is installed on a PC that does not have the App it installs correctly.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If for some reason I have to re-run the install package, the install.log file show that the executible is skipped.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Why does SMS skip the file if it is set to ALWAYS replace the file?<br><br>&nbsp;
