Hi all,
Some of you may find this set of "right click" tools useful as a compiment to the SMS Admin Console.
It includes various triggers for advanced client actions, also some shell tools and loads of other stuff. Check the readme provided for full detials.

It's available here;

Kind regards

T.

I am in the process of developing a MOF editor aswell. Initially, I will put the beta version up as freeware.

It will be a GUI interface to create and edit your MOF files.

The Beta will include the ability to edit the reporting values of the class, the reporting values of the properties, namespace adjustments, and a section for adding completely new classes. Even importing and merging mof files.

The Beta will only be compatible for the HINV mof, which is the only mof you need to edit in SMS, but the full version should be able to be used with any file needing mof syntax.

Once the MOF editor beta is circulating
I will start work on my SMS clean up tool, as removiong reporting classes from SMS HINV is messy, as DelGRP doesn't get rid of nearly half of the stuff that is created. Your database and log files are a terrible state after removing a reporting class.

This beta will be a database and resource file cleanup tool designed to be run AFTER DelGRP, not instead of.

The full version shall do it ALL in one. No need for DelGRP at all.

There is a current peice of software out there at the minute that does this, but it has to be purchasable from called Site Sweeper.

It is free to trial the demo.
