Hello,

I have recently sent some adverts out which have been created and are
in the offer inbox. There is no lock file in this inbox.

However, I see that my clients have not accessed the CAP for a while
and will soon be orphaned! I can connect to the CAP from explorer from
the SMS client. The security permissions and share permissions on the
CAP seem fine - they include domain admins and domain users. The SMS
services are running and the SMS Service account has the correct user
rights.

I've noticed MOM is reporting that SMS clients are using SMS client
connection accounts that I have removed long ago. They were also
removed from connection account - client on the SMS console. I tried
re-creating these accounts but they constantly got locked out. I also
removed the SMSClient_sitecode account which may have something to do
with it?

The SMS client is using the currently logged on user and
SMSclisvcacct& to attempt to access the cap. Not sure how this relates
to the above paragraph

What should I be checking? I think the problem is solely on the
client.

The errors in the ODPUsr32.log on the client include:
