We recently upgraded the workstations in our organization from Windows 95 to Windos 2000. Overall we have about 1400 workstations in the organization and of that 1400, 453 do not have the client installed. They show up in our Windows 2000 collection but the client is marked No. We have the client installed by running the smsls.bat log on script. Our version of smsls.bat may be old because when you try to edit it, the comments mention that it is for Windows 95 and 98 computers. If we go to a workstation, we can manually run the smsls.bat script and the client will load.
Anyone out there have any ideas on how to resolve this issue.
Thanks
