SMS Account question

SMS 2.0 SP4 HRP used

All of a sudden (after a reboot to be precise) I recognized a new folder under "Documents and Settings" named "SMSCCMBootAcct.PC12389".
Does anyone know who needs this account (I assume this is the "SMS Client Configuration Manager Boot Account" but I have not found anything yet in the web) and where it comes from ?

Chris,

I think SMS site systems logs in your system using this account for client settings updates...etc. I wouldn't alter any of the SMS internal account. It will be alot more headache in the future.
