On the site server that has reporting enabled, I believe it has to have IIS installed
In 2003 its called a reporting point. To enable it click the reporting point tab in the system site properties dialog box and pick use this site system as a reporting point. in the report folder box type in the name of the folder under the root folder for sms 2003 to use for reporting.
The default name is SMSReporting_(sitecode) the url will be what users will use (read only)

Thanks for the info, but this is just Reporting. In SMS2, we were able to run queries and we had a nice html statistics page that showed you what was going on with the server. Is there anything like this?
