SMS 2003 SUS FP Question...

If I scan a collection and then launch the “Distribute Software Updates” wizard against that collection I get a list of updates to be installed. Should those just be the updates needed by the machines in THAT collection or are they the updates needed by ALL machines that have been scanned by the MBSA tool in any collectoin? The list I am being given to select from looks like more updates than should be needed for the 4 machines in this one collection. In addition, in the "Requested" column, for one of the updates, it shows 5 requests. But there are only 4 machines in the collection I am currently working with which is why I am asking.
