SMS 2003 Reporting Point issue

Trying to install a reporting point on a single sms server site. I check the box on the Reporting Point tab and noticed in the rsetup.log the following:

Initialize variables.
Deinstallation beginning
IIS is installed.
Start web services.
Configuring Registry.
Executing: ReportingInstall /s /m=E:\SMS\bin\i386\rep.val /deinstall
ReportingInstall.exe returned 15
Logging ReportingSetup.exe Failure.

Not defined in the registry.

Everything else (e.g. the MP, SLP, software distribution, etc) is running fine.
The IIS 6.0 server is running fine and hosting 2 websites. The SMS_MP and SMS_SLP apps are running fine - nothing strange in the logs.

Any ideas?

Error 15 - The system cannot find the drive specified. Probably looking for temp folder. Define a temp/tmp variable with a shorter path, like c:\temp and try again
