Hello.
I have a question regarding the primary and secondary site settings. My setup is as follows. I have 1 primary site setup as the management point and 38 secondary sites as distribution points. Each distribution point has an average of 40-60 clients. I was wondering how the settings on the primary site differ form the secondary site settings. Do clients get their settings form the Primary or secondary. Is their parent/child relation or any inheritance that takes place? Will the clients get their settings form the secondary site that is setup as the boundary or from the primary site.

Any advanced client will be a client of a primary site, and connot be a client of a secondary as a legacy client can.

You'll probably want to make the MP's at the secondary's proxy mp's so you can control the communications between the advanced clients and the primary site.

I'd also consider making the DP protected for the secondary sites

Will the advanced client gett settings form primary site or can i specify settings within the secondary site settings. Also how do you make the DP protected for the secondayr sites. Thanks for your help
