SMS 2003 Patch Management

I have an environment where there are a number of clustered servers. I require one server to be patched, rebooted if required and then the other one done within a timescale of approximately one hour?
For load balanced servers I require these to be done almost simultaneously. The environment has about 200 servers in 1 domain with 1 SMS server. All clients have advanced client installed.

Any ideas where to start?

Why don't you create seperate collections. Such as 1 collection for the first group of nodes in the cluster, one for the second set of nodes and then a third collection with all the load balanced servers. You can then create separate advertisements for each collection with different start times to have the patches install the way you want.
