[SMS 2003]: Communication with Advanced Client

Hello,

I would like to start remote control on PC, where:
0. OS: Win XP with SP2
1. Advanced Client is instaleld.
2. PC is not a domain member (workgroup).

When I'm trying to connect to this machine there is information that client is not responding or it is not installed on this PC.
How can I configure client/site server to access computers that are not members of my domain?

Is 'SMS Remote Control Agent' installed and running on the XP box? Do you have credentials for the machine? Does it resolve DNS properly from the server?
