SMS 2003 admin console no responding again 1

After reboot the server, My SMS 2003 admin console no responding again. It shows connecting to site database, and after a long time, shows connect fails. Error from adminui.log:[918][Thu 12/18/2003 15:19:19]:Setting connection to NameSpace: \\CN02F12\root\sms\site_889
[918][Thu 12/18/2003 15:19:59]:Wbem call failed: T_WbemSyncEnumToContainer_Core, return code: -2147217389

This my third time met this, I reinstall the os and sms 2003 yesterday, but it appears again today after a normal reboot. I have read the Knowledge base 829825 for that error code. And follow the steps of Microsoft resolution, but it's uselessness at all.
I install the sms 2003 on the w2k sp4 server with newest pataches, any advise?

Have you checked the status of your SQL database? I had a similar (possibly the same) problem and my database had corrupted.

Thanks a lot, I recreate the Main Database for SMS and restore the data from a db backup, now it works. But I still confused why the DB crashed after a normal reboot.
