SMS 2.0 with Windows 2000 Server & SQL2000

I currently run SMS 2.0 on an NT4 domain controller with SQL7. I am however creating a new Windows 2000 domain. Could anyone point me in the direction of some useful information for installing a clean SMS 2.0 server on a Windows 2000 machine running SQL2000.

The only thing you need to know is that you MUST use the mixed security configuration on SQL 2000 because SMS won't create some tables correctly using Windows integreated security.
