SMS 2.0 On a member server doesn't modify logon script not discovers

I installed SMS on a windows 2000 member server. When I configure the discovery methods in the sms servers. It doesn't discoverany client on the network. Then I checked the profile for logon scrip for users in my domain control (SMS server and domain control are installed on two different computers). I want to know is there anyway My SMS modify the logon script or clients and then discover them. I use windows 2000 as client computer.

Logon installation (Windows Networking Logon Client Installation) will modify logon scripts automatically. Turn on Modify logon scripts on the logon script page for that method...if I understand your question.
