SMS 1.2: Create Query to display all local storage on a PC

I am currently attempting to create a query to audit a large number of PC to retrieve information on their processor, Total physical memory and the size of all local storge on the systems. I am creating a new Query Result Format to display all of the information I wish.

In the Definition of the Query Result Format I can quite easily select the first two of these criteria however I am only given the option to display "MICROSOFT[DISK]1.0 Storage Size (MBytes)" in the Define Query Result Format properties. When this is used and the query run only the first drive is being displayed this is usually "A&quot.

Can anyone inform me as to how to get access to details of all of the storage on a system throught a SMS 1.2 query.

If you're wanting to do an inventory of your machines, including what processor it has etc, try this piece of software by 1E Ltd. It's called Quick Inventory and it's a great little tool.

Go to sms administrator file/define query result formats choose define architecture and formats, then goto file execute query. You can copy and paste results into a excel spreadsheet.
