Does Cisco have anything comparable to Split-MLT?

thanks,

Ah I recognise Split-MLT - it's a Nortel term for Etherchannel with fast failover yes?

Cisco do have something similar. Previously it was called Uplinkfast. Now Uplinkfast has been merged with other Spanning Tree enhancements to form RSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol)

Hi,

KiscoKid is spot on, We use SMLT on our 8600 Switches which works like a treat, and RSTP on our Cisco Switches which works equaly as well!!!
