Smiley Central

My computer is constantly getting popups called Smiley central. I have un subscribed many times and it still won't leave my computer. The smiley central site said to remove "My Search Web" from my control panel, however, this does not exsist in my control panel. It is very frustrating.

Any suggestions?

Try running adware/spyware tool such as spybot get it here

Also there is this tool, never used it before but it says it for removing smiley central
