Smile database update issue

Smile pc console - Carried out some names changes using OTM - Old names are displayed on the Smile, not the new ones after doing global update from OTM. PBX reflects the names updated on the Smile.

Anyone got any ideas as to what may be wrong?

It will never update unless you have a LDAP Server linking OTM to Smile. Only way you can update the Smile is if you manually take the OTM Corporate Directory CSV file and load it onto Console 0 (Zero) Smile Console, point the Smile Database to it and rebuild the Smile Directory.
