Smile Console Problem

Hi All,

I have a smile console, version 2.3.4, running on a XP PC of the spec recommended in the NTP's. Every couple of days the console needs rebooting as it locks up. It sends out a run-time error of '_9970(ffffd90e)'. Has anybody come across anything like this??

when it locks, or before, check on mem usage in task manager, you may have a background app that is causing a mem problem.. nt is good for that, ava mem and used mem =to less then total mem.. with time between reboots, this "lost" protion becomes larger..

i would bump it up along with dropping reserves if you have any mem res, for unused apps.. check red edit for that, after a new boot, check ava cpu and mem to make sure your background apps are not killing you
