SMDR6 restarting

Hello everyone. Lately my SMDR6 box has been having issues. It has been working fine for a couple of years but now it seems to be restarting on its own. When you try to access it through 9*2 it says inactive feature. Later you can access it again. Sometimes it will even reset to where you have to reprogram the unit. I have tried a different SMDR6 box and it still had the same problem. From the screen of the capturing program you'll see "SMDR6 restart"

Any ideas?
