Hey Guys,I've got a SX200EL lightware 19.....
The problem is that one 1 of 10 to 15 call is being sent from the PABX.... No programming was change in the PABX to make this accur...
Change the MCC Card and even the whole cabinet but the results still remain the same.....

Check your maintenance logs for Software Errors or Process Hogs.

Am I correct in interpreting that you mean you are getting ONLY 1 in 10 records and that you used to get 10 of 10 and as far as you know, no programming has been changed?

are all trunks in the same cos?
do you have option 804 in the trunk cos?
