Hi All,

I have recently installed a Mitel MiVoice Business system (Version: 9.0 SP2)

The client has a number of different company's within his group, and needs to show different DDI's when calling out from each business - I have managed to do this be programming a Multi call key, this works like a dream and the client is happy that the correct CLI is shown when the required key is selected.

I also have SIP trunks with Gamma and a Mitel Border Gateway (Version 10.1.0.257).

I also have a call logger, and the client has requested is we can show the CLI on the call logger

i.e.
Extension: 202
CLI presented: 0207 1234567
CLI Called: 01291 43xxxx

Anyone have any idea's on how I can show the CLI on the call logger?

Andy

Hi Andy,
The best solution to your question, in my opinion, is Mitel's sales engineering.
You can ask your regional Mitel office to get in contact with them and, especially for new deployments, they can provide solutions for unusual requests.
Every case is different and something that works in one scenario is not even an option with another so they will need detailed information.
Best of luck,
John

The trunk should be shown in the data, that trunk number should relate to a particular CLI number.

The CLI doesn't record on SMDR. It does display on SIP TCPDUMP. I doubt that you can get this to your call logger though.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

Might be able to get away with having the user add an account code per company
