SMDR Third party software

Installed IP Office 8.0, customer wants to view real-time station status to determine if employees are making personal calls.
Will install the SMDR application from the 8.0 CD, but this only provides CSV files and only when requested.
I understand that a third party application would be needed to filter the SMDR information, making it easier for the customer to use and customize the output in the way that they want.
Does anyone have an application that they have used and that they are happy with?

SMDR sucks on IP Office, get chronicall thats a lot better.

Chronicall can do real time.
