is better when someone(with some experience) indicates a good software

Free software is worth exactly what you pay for it.....nothing, for anything reliable and configurable you will need to pay for it. But I would like a free car I anyone knows of a good one

I agree to amriddle, try notepad it can read SMDR.txt files..

i use kiwi syslog server from solarwinds, the free version is good enough but the paid version has a lot of useful features.
