Hi all,

I have the NEC Elite 48/192 system here at the office. And have SMDR installed on a windwos 98 system. Now I need to upgrade the system to a Windows 2000 Server, but can't find the SMDR program to install.

Is there somewhere I can get my hands on this program again? And does anyone know if SMDR can be installed as a service?

Thanks

Coom

Your question is confusing because SMDR is the raw data for outgoing call records from the Elite. It is a serial connection usually to a call accounting program or device. Then reports can be run ect. If you have a program like hyper terminal configured properly, you can see the raw data.
