I understand the MD110 can output ring-time in the SMDR - apparently in binary - is this correct? Can the MD110 do it at all?

Abandoned calls in SMDR would be handy as well

Yes, the MD110 can give you ringtime and/or abandoned calls. However it is only for BC10 / BC11 with the remark tat abandoned calls in BC10 are only in the SMDR for external incomming calls. Not for internal calls. In BC11 both are suppotrted.

ou need to use the flex. formats for SMDR to see the ringtime / abandoned calls.

Parameter LOGABN=YES in the CLOHI command will allow you to log abandoned calls.

As for ring time, it is in the SMDR, in hex near the route and trunk info on the right hand side (this may change depending on country, and output format)

MDUSER,

LOGABN was in use in BC9.0 as well, and possibly BC8.0, but I can't be sure.
