SMDR Report

Greetings all,

I have successfully captured the output from the SMDR port on my V7.0 R9 Merlin Legend system. The files are well formatted and I can succesfully import the files into either Excel or Access, although some data massaging is required.

I wonder if any of you have developed a reporting method using Excel, Access or Crystal that is good enough for me to build on so I can customize the reports for our needs.

I would be willing to trade what I have to allow me to save the hundreds or even thousands of dollars that would be spent on a commercial solution.

Why don't you save yourself alot of "time" and purchase a
call acct package that will give you any type of report you
require. What type of info are you trying to capture????
The windows software I use is Callware.....works great with
Lucent/avaya switches.
