The system is a Magix r4 v7.0 and it stopped displaying specifically 9911 and 911 calls placed on the report? The last record of this working was just over a year ago, I dont understand why the 911 calls just dont show on Winlink or hyperterminal? the call passes through and the duration to the operator is around 10s and the call time is set to 0. It is as though 911 placed calls are "blocked" from reporting out. A system reboot has already been done? anyone have this problem??
