We are using a SMDR3 connected to a Modular 8x24 KSU with an added 16-Port station module. Our SMDR logs are beginning to show extremely high occurances of "RECORDS LOST". Our phone system is very busy, and I know that the SMDR can only buffer so much data. The SMDR is set to it's maximum output (4800 baud). Can anyone recommend a solution? Would upgrading the SMDR3 to an SMDR6 fix this?
