Smdr Record Layout

I have been unable to locate anyone who knows the record configuration for a lucent merlin to us phonestat by vocaltech can anyone here help?

I need the record configuration (position) and length of the following fields
day
month
year
time
code
cost
duration position
format
pbx modifier

also
incoming and outgoing position and length
extention
line
trunk
phone
indicators

any help is appreciated.

your best bet is to connect the smdr port to an rs232 port on a pc via a355 af adaptor and dump the call info to a file, there you will be able to count the spaces and figure it out. I have checked the manuals and it does not seem to be in there at all.

It's in the documentation under 'SMDR featuers'. I tried to cut-and-paste here, but that didn't work.

I have phonestat working with my G3. Let me know if you still need help with it. The only problem I am having is the duration of the call only counts the full minute so any calls less than 1 minute are not tracked.
