Hi guys, above is the output from one of my systems. Does anyone know what the E means in this output. This came from a 3300 mxe running 9.0. Is there a better reference for smdr than the help file?

External SMDR (Incoming Calls): The system can monitor the outcome of a call and can provide a comprehensive report on call completion. When the station or hunt group to which a call is directed is busy, a "B" is recorded. When an incoming trunk accesses an invalid number and receives reorder tone, an "E" is reported. An "E" is also reported for incomplete calls

More meanings as below:

A = Answer Supervision
B = Called Party Busy
E = Caller Error
T = Toll-Denied, TAFAS answered, or Pickup answered
I = Internal Call

__________________________

There is no 'I' in 'Team'

The *** field indicates that the call was not answered when 5040 was called.

E in this case indicates an incomplete call.
