SMDR Port

System is Partner 2 with SMDR Port connected to third party PC running WinTarrif software. Software reports a call duration of 10 to 24 hours about once a week (call may actually be 1 hour tops). Any body seen this before? If so, what could be the fix?
 
Going to need to determine if it is the Partner or the call accounting at fault. Most CA software have a trace or passthrough mode to allow you to capture the raw SMDR and compare to the software's interpetation of what it represents. You'll need to duplicate the problem, then adjust the settings or contact the publisher.
