We have a Magix system 2.0 v9 that was working to an exsisting CAS system ........System > Options set correct
Format >Basic Smdr
Call Length > (0-255) set for 5
Call report >In/out
Auth Code > Home extension Number
Talk Time > enabled

trying to get raw data out just to laptop using Hyper-terminal

The issue was with the cable between the 355AF Adaptor being NULL ....since I did not have a Straught through
cable I used a DB9 /DB9 NULL cable to make the connection
straight through NOW seeing RAW data on Hyper-Terminal.

I will go out and get the correct cable between SMDR port and CAS system ....this system has been out-of-service for 2 years ! ...they lost software when PC was damaged by power
issue
