SMDR output data and WinSPR labels?

Just looking at the output data from the SMDR port, it has the extension of the phone, and when I look in WinSPR I can see the phone extension and the label of the persons name who is at that extension.

Does anyone know if it's possible to add the name label to the SMDR output so that I get the persons name along with their extension on the SMDR output? Thanks!

That is not part of SMDR Output.

Ok thanks Merlinman! One more question if you know the answer: I've got the log output working ok now to a text file, but the SMDR port is still outputting column headers to my text file, I guess it still thinks it's outputting to the paper printer.

I've looked in teh WinSPR program, but I can't find any SMDR settings. Is there a way to turn off these headers so it just prints the call log? Thanks so much again!!

Under options > SMDR you can play with Basic or ISDN, but i think it still sends the headers either way.
